DYNAMIC EVENTS FOR RECYCLING AND WASTE COMMUNICATIONS
Engaging with the public has been proven to be a vital element in creating excellent campaigns but it takes a bit more than a trestle table and a few leaflets to get the public involved.

This seminar covers the approach needed to really stand out, attract attention and allow the public to leave with a greater understanding of recycling and a commitment to participate. From planning, to promotion to participation, candidates will be shown who to run events that really work.

INTRODUCING AWC – GETTING THE PUBLIC ON-SIDE
For those authorities that have abandoned alternate week collection, a common reason for failure has been that the schemes were not promoted with sufficient clarity.

This seminar uses real-life case studies of successful schemes where communications contributed to acceptance and participation of the public and covers the tools and techniques needed to really make AWC “stick”.

Time required: Half day
Minimum numbers: 8
Maximum delagates: 20
