Rotherham launch AWC with help from EnviroComms

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough council have bucked the national trend by introducing an alternate week collection trial with great success – with a little help from EnviroComms!

The scheme, which also included the introiduction of a new wheelie bin for green waste, was preceeded with a gradual introduction of information to residents and resulted in a non-participation rate of less than 3% making it one of the most successful schemes of its type in the UK.
